破規(guī)律,創(chuàng)奇跡——6月份AMI指數(shù)50.6% ,堅守景氣區(qū)間

  【農(nóng)機(jī)網(wǎng) 市場行情】從環(huán)比看,6個一級指數(shù)除經(jīng)理人信心指數(shù)外全部呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢,其中庫存指數(shù)降幅最大,為4.1個百分點。從同比看,6個一級指數(shù)中除庫存指數(shù)和經(jīng)理人信心指數(shù)外全部呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢,其中效益指數(shù)增幅最大,為3.6個百分點。6月份,6個一級指數(shù)中除銷售能力指數(shù)和經(jīng)理人信心指數(shù)外全部位于不景氣區(qū)間。

  特約分析師張華光認(rèn)為:6月份,雖然國內(nèi)依然籠罩在多點散發(fā)的疫情烏云下,雖然因疫情導(dǎo)致的物流不暢依然拖累著農(nóng)機(jī)市場,雖然環(huán)比創(chuàng)下了自3月以來的“4連跌”,依然運(yùn)行在下行通道中,但AMI也依然以強(qiáng)大的韌性艱難的固守著景氣度底線,并刷新了自AMI發(fā)布以來6月份景氣度歷史,第一次位于景氣區(qū)間,出乎業(yè)內(nèi)很多人的預(yù)料。
 
  6月份AMI的基本特征
 
  其一,破規(guī)則,創(chuàng)奇跡,堅守景氣區(qū)間。6月份,AMI仍以50.6%的微弱優(yōu)勢堅守在景氣區(qū)間,實現(xiàn)上半年景氣度的完美收官。并打破保持了8年的6月份位于不景氣區(qū)間之歷史,創(chuàng)下自AMI發(fā)布以來6月份景氣度奇跡。
 
  其二,環(huán)比下降,走勢未變。盡管6月份AMI位于景氣區(qū)間,但并未改變運(yùn)行方向。環(huán)比仍在下滑通道中,意味著AMI的走勢并未發(fā)生改變,改變的只是因下行壓力較小,景氣度仍停留在景氣區(qū)間邊緣,其走勢未發(fā)生本質(zhì)改變。這一判斷還可以從一級指數(shù)的環(huán)比變化得到詮釋,6個一級指數(shù),除反映7月份的經(jīng)理人信心指數(shù)出現(xiàn)增長外,反映6月份景氣情況的其它5個一級指數(shù)全部下降,且效益、農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼、庫存三大指數(shù)還擊破榮枯線,跌入不景氣區(qū)間。
 
  其三,同比“4升2降”,今年市場好于去年同期。6個一級指數(shù)中4個同比上升,說明今年6月份的市場好于去年同期。從同比下降的兩個指數(shù)分析,庫存指數(shù)降幅僅0.6%,主要基于6月、7月均為淡季,加之前幾個月庫存高企,經(jīng)銷商去庫存所致。而經(jīng)理人信心指數(shù)同比下降,主要是由去年同期形成的景氣度“高地”造成的。
 
  其四,二級指數(shù)景氣度變化“溫差”大,冰火同爐。從景氣度看,在所監(jiān)測的5個二級指數(shù)中,有4個停留于景氣區(qū)間,對6月份AMI形成較強(qiáng)支撐。從景氣度變化看,形成冰與火的較大“溫差”。一方面耕整地機(jī)械指數(shù)演繹增長好戲,同比、環(huán)比均出現(xiàn)不同程度的上揚(yáng),且晉級景氣區(qū)間;田間管理機(jī)械指數(shù)也出現(xiàn)大幅度增長,并創(chuàng)下了71.3%高景氣度。另一方面,種植機(jī)指數(shù)環(huán)比繼續(xù)下沉,且跌出景氣區(qū)間,主要緣于今年插秧機(jī)市場斷崖式下滑;收獲機(jī)械指數(shù)雖然仍停留在景氣區(qū)間,但環(huán)比、同比雙跌,其中環(huán)比跌幅演繹“高臺跳水”戲碼,主要是三大糧食作物收獲機(jī)景氣指數(shù)環(huán)比全線大幅度滑坡,市場失去支撐所致。
 
  其五,市場迷霧疊嶂,經(jīng)理人信心跌宕起伏。庫存與經(jīng)理人信心指數(shù)的變化反映了今年農(nóng)機(jī)市場迷霧疊嶂。先看庫存指數(shù)的變化,經(jīng)銷商自3月開始的去庫存一直延續(xù)至6月份,創(chuàng)下歷史上少有的“四連跌”,意味著經(jīng)銷商看空市場。再看經(jīng)理人信心指數(shù)在經(jīng)歷了自3月至5月“三連跌”后,本月環(huán)比又出現(xiàn)較大幅度增長,且再度回到景氣區(qū)間,又折射出經(jīng)銷商信心回暖。經(jīng)銷商信心指數(shù)的起落不定,反映出今年市場的不確定性和難以掌控性。
 


 

  三級指數(shù)和主要細(xì)分市場6月份及上半年解析
 
  從所監(jiān)測的6個三級指數(shù)看,各個細(xì)分市場冷熱不均。大型拖拉機(jī)指數(shù)景氣度堅挺,中型拖拉機(jī)指數(shù)復(fù)蘇跡象明顯,遙控飛行噴霧機(jī)指數(shù)進(jìn)入“高光”時刻,收獲機(jī)市場指數(shù)遭遇滑鐵盧。
 
  一看大中型拖拉機(jī)市場。6月份拖拉機(jī)指數(shù)依然堅守在景氣區(qū)間,反映了上半年大中拖市場穩(wěn)健運(yùn)行的特點。市場調(diào)查也反映了此特點,上半年大中拖市場小幅增長,累計銷售21.49萬臺,同比增長5.6%。增長原因主要有以下三點:第一,4月、5月份位于拖拉機(jī)市場的傳統(tǒng)旺季,對市場具有較強(qiáng)的支撐作用;第二,去年同期大幅度下滑,形成市場“洼地”,客觀上設(shè)置了較低的市場門檻;第三,國三升國四,不僅對二季度乃至全年都將產(chǎn)生較大影響。一些用戶不愿為今年年底因排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)升級而被推高的農(nóng)機(jī)價格買單,潛在用戶提前消費(fèi)、老用戶更新周期縮短形成拉動上半年市場增長的雙動力,對市場有較大的加持作用。
 
  從大中拖市場需求結(jié)構(gòu)分析,大拖指數(shù)在經(jīng)歷了4月份短暫停留后,其它5個月均位于景氣區(qū)間。中拖指數(shù)表現(xiàn)略差,2月、3月位于景氣區(qū)間外,其它月份均位于不景氣區(qū)間,意味著大中拖市場內(nèi)部需求結(jié)構(gòu)變化較大,大型化趨勢強(qiáng)烈。市場調(diào)查結(jié)論與之高度吻合,25-100馬力中拖小幅下滑,馬力段上延趨勢強(qiáng)烈。市場監(jiān)控顯示,上半年,累計銷售各種型號的中拖14.17萬臺,同比小幅下滑0.77%;在大中拖中占比66.94%,較之去年同期下挫4.23個百分點。與之相反,100馬力以上大拖大幅度增長,累計銷售7.32萬臺,同比大幅度增長20.59%;占比34.06%,較之去年同期上揚(yáng)4.23個百分點。
 
  從市場競爭態(tài)勢分析,集中度大幅度提高。上半年,延續(xù)了去年市場的競爭的特點,主流品牌持續(xù)發(fā)力,集中度出現(xiàn)較大幅度攀升。市場調(diào)查顯示,銷量前6的品牌累計銷售各種型號的大中拖16.05萬臺,同比大幅度增長18.3%,高出平均增幅12.7個百分點;占比74.92%,同比小幅上揚(yáng)8.04%。
 
  二看收獲機(jī)市場。6月份,收獲機(jī)械指數(shù)環(huán)比雖然演繹“高臺跳水”,但依然停留在景氣區(qū)間凸顯市場走勢穩(wěn)健特點。上半年自2月份挺進(jìn)景氣區(qū)間,一直保持到6月,穩(wěn)健運(yùn)行的特點較為突出。從市場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)看,今年上半年,累計銷售各種聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)10.71萬臺,同比增長13.45%,也呼應(yīng)了上半年收獲機(jī)景氣指數(shù)穩(wěn)健增長的特點。
 
  穩(wěn)定增長成為三大糧食作物收獲機(jī)市場突出特征。
 
  ——自走輪式谷物聯(lián)合收割機(jī)市場。6月份,指數(shù)環(huán)比下降35.2個百分點、同比下降15.1個百分點,且只有30.3%的景氣度,輪式谷物聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)的這種表現(xiàn)并不意外。因為6月是其收官月份,麥?zhǔn)盏拈_始意味著市場銷售進(jìn)入“休眠”狀態(tài),也意味著今年市場銷售已經(jīng)進(jìn)入垃圾時間。下半年的零星銷售,對全年市場影響有限,今年輪式谷物聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)市場穩(wěn)健增長已成定局。市場監(jiān)測顯示,半年累計銷售各種型號的輪式谷物聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)3萬臺,同比大幅攀升26.05%。
 
  輪式谷物聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)市場集中度巨高,銷量前5的品牌,上半年累計銷售2.67萬臺,同比大幅度增長34.01%;占比88.89%,較之去年同期上揚(yáng)5.28個百分點。
 
  ——自走履帶式谷物聯(lián)合收割機(jī)(全喂入)市場。6月份,自走履帶式谷物聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)指數(shù)環(huán)比下降18.1%、同比下降4.6%,形成45.4%的較低景氣度,結(jié)束了2-5月份保持了4個月的景氣區(qū)間走勢特征。但上半年市場走勢較為穩(wěn)定,市場監(jiān)測顯示,1-6月份,累計銷售各種全喂入收獲機(jī)3.32萬臺,同比增長13.75%,穩(wěn)健增長的特點較為突出。
 
  全喂入履帶式谷物聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)市場大型化趨勢十分強(qiáng)烈,市場聚焦喂入量6kg/s及以上機(jī)型,累計銷售2.52萬臺,同比飆升30.93%;占比75.3%,較之去年同期大幅度攀升10.18個百分點。與之相反,喂入量<5kg/s現(xiàn)大幅度下滑,下滑幅度高達(dá)64.06%;占比3.35%,同比下挫7.21個百分點。5kg/s≤喂入量<6kg/s機(jī)型波瀾不驚,同比小幅增長1.02%;占比20.81%,較之去年同期下挫2.51個百分點。
 
  從所監(jiān)測的6大主流品牌看,呈現(xiàn)出現(xiàn)以下特點。第一,集中度大幅度提升。上半年6大品牌累計銷售2.65萬臺,同比大幅度增長23.83%;占比89.83%,較之去年同期上揚(yáng)8.77個百分點;第二,主流品牌“四增二降”,中聯(lián)同比大幅度下降60%、久保田小幅下滑2.44%。其它4大品牌呈現(xiàn)不同程度的增長,其中星光飆升125%,雷沃、洋馬、沃得大幅度增長48.72%、62.5%和18.58%。第三,其它品牌大幅度下降40%,原因與之前的收獲機(jī)市場一樣,鋼材等原材料漲價推高市場集中度。
 
  ——自走式玉米收獲機(jī)市場市場。6月份,自走式玉米收獲機(jī)指數(shù)雖然環(huán)比、同比分別下降14%和5.6%,但依然以67.3%的較高景氣度屹立于景氣區(qū)間,且保持連續(xù)6個月位于景氣區(qū)間的歷史最高紀(jì)錄。從市場監(jiān)測看,上半年,雖然不是玉米收獲機(jī)市場的主銷季節(jié),但其增長勢頭亮眼。累計銷售1.25萬臺,同比增長12.41%。玉米收獲機(jī)市場大幅度增長源自多重利好因素,除國三升國四的普遍利好外,以下幾個因素值得關(guān)注。第一,市場剛性需求較強(qiáng),在三大糧食作物中,玉米機(jī)收率最低;第二,玉米價格居高不下,加之產(chǎn)量高,從經(jīng)濟(jì)效益考慮,東北不少區(qū)域出現(xiàn)“水改旱”現(xiàn)象,玉米種植面積進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)容;第三,莖穗兼收玉米收獲機(jī)市場受畜牧業(yè)的拉動,增勢強(qiáng)勁;第四,市場信心爆棚,許多經(jīng)銷商提前備貨,大量產(chǎn)品滯壓于渠道;第五,近年,在國家政策扶持下,丘陵山區(qū)小型玉米機(jī)市場被激活,市場貢獻(xiàn)率逐年走高;第六,玉米收獲機(jī)投資者去年收益良好,刺激潛在用戶購買;第七,市場進(jìn)入更新高峰期,成為拉動市場的又一引擎;第八,糧價上漲,用戶收益提高,購買能力增強(qiáng)。

  預(yù)計7月份環(huán)比或小幅增長,仍停留于景氣區(qū)間。一、二、三級指數(shù)中多數(shù)指數(shù)的景氣度或進(jìn)入復(fù)蘇期,環(huán)比和同比增長的概率較大。
 
  今年農(nóng)機(jī)市場表現(xiàn)較為特殊,打破常規(guī)的事時有發(fā)生。上述判斷主要基于農(nóng)機(jī)市場和AMI多年運(yùn)行規(guī)律的一般性預(yù)測,不排除因黑天鵝和灰犀牛事件引發(fā)的市場走勢規(guī)律變異的情況出現(xiàn)。

  首先,從宏觀因素看,利好利空因素交織。一是疫情影響。6月末,我國疫情雖仍有零星散發(fā),但總體上得到有效控制。隨之社會管控有所緩解。物流、人流等趨于活躍,對市場影響力削弱跡象明顯;二是從消費(fèi)端來看,減免購置稅政策從6月1日開始實施,同時疊加國家和各地促消費(fèi)政策集中在7月開始發(fā)力,促消費(fèi)政策啟動期的效果較強(qiáng),預(yù)計延遲消費(fèi)需求應(yīng)該有一定的釋放,有利于7月銷售增量;三是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)金融巨大的動蕩和不確定性,正在走向滯脹。今年市場面臨著多重利空因素疊加的沖擊。通貨膨脹在強(qiáng)勁高位,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長開始降速,烏克蘭危機(jī)進(jìn)一步推動能源危機(jī)和大宗商品的波動,多重因素疊加繃緊經(jīng)濟(jì)緊張度;四是不確定因素的影響。7月份,農(nóng)機(jī)市場面臨著較多的不確定因素。每年的夏天,都是自然災(zāi)害多發(fā)期。譬如南方一些區(qū)域正發(fā)生的較為嚴(yán)重的水患;疫情雖緩解,但依然不可控;部分區(qū)域限電等,都可能對7月份的農(nóng)機(jī)市場走勢產(chǎn)生不可預(yù)測的重大影響。

  最后,AMI多年形成的發(fā)展規(guī)律也支持景氣度環(huán)比上行。一是上月經(jīng)理人信心指數(shù)環(huán)比大幅度增長,折射出經(jīng)銷商市場信心回暖,同時也預(yù)示市場環(huán)比或出現(xiàn)小幅增長。二是從近年農(nóng)機(jī)市場景氣指數(shù)的月度變化規(guī)律分析,自2013年至2021年9年間,7月份景氣度環(huán)比均高于6月份,尤其是最近的2020年、2021年,連續(xù)兩年走進(jìn)景氣區(qū)間。綜合今年上半年較好的市場走勢,如果沒有黑天鵝事件發(fā)生,沿襲此規(guī)律的概率仍然較大。
